1 General Terms & Definitions
These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the badbd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the platform through the badbd website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.2 Applicability

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account and use the services at badbd, each applicant must meet the following requirements:

2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. badbd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a security breach of your account, unless that breach was caused by our own negligence.
3 Identity Verification (KYC)
badbd is a safe and reliable platform. We carry out necessary identity verification processes to prevent money laundering and maintain the integrity of the platform.
3.1 Verification Process
Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, the platform may request the following documents:
- A copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (documents matching the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).
3.2 If Verification Is Not Completed
Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted or suspended. Large withdrawal amounts will not be automatically approved until documents have been verified.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
You can use bKash, Nagad, and Rocket to deposit funds at badbd. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

- Deposits are generally credited to your account automatically; if there is a delay, contact support.
- Once a deposit has been successfully made, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and it must be registered in your name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
After your first deposit at badbd, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to ৳8,000. Please read the following bonus terms carefully.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000.
- The bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
- No withdrawal from the bonus is possible until the wagering requirement has been completed.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only — sharing or transferring them to others is prohibited.
- The platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- While one bonus is active, multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
- Each promotional offer has its own expiry date; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The following general rules apply when placing bets on the badbd platform:
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The platform reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
- Bets placed on an event that has already started or ended will not be accepted.
- Bets placed at odds that are clearly displayed in error may be cancelled.
6.2 Sports Betting
Each sport's own rules apply when participating in the sports betting section. If a match or event is cancelled, rescheduled, or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to the platform's standard rules.
6.3 Casino & Game Rules
For live casino, slots, fishing games, and other casino games, the rules set by the game provider apply. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair and impartial results.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or altered identity information.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third party's payment method or account.
- Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus more than once using different accounts or identities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
- Unauthorised modification of or hacking attempts against the platform's software, games, or systems.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
- Unauthorised access to other members' accounts or any attempt to cause them harm.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards platform staff.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (anyone under 21 years of age).
If any of the above violations are proven, the account may be immediately closed, funds forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Platform
badbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading.
- Failure to complete the KYC verification process on time.
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
8.2 Closure by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any legitimately earned and withdrawable funds will be returned upon completion of the required process. Any outstanding amount from an active bonus will be forfeited.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, badbd will not be liable for the following:
- Any loss or change in bet outcome caused by internet disconnection or a technical fault.
- Any errors or malfunctions in third-party game provider software.
- Losses caused by a member's own negligence or carelessness regarding account security.
- Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
- Indirect or incidental losses arising from the temporary suspension or modification of any platform service.
In all cases, badbd's total liability shall not at any time exceed the amount of actual funds held in the member's account.
10 Responsible Gaming
badbd believes that online gaming and betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
10.1 Responsible Gaming Guidelines
- Play within your financial means — only bet what you can afford to lose.
- Set a fixed budget and time limit for playing, and stick to them.
- Avoid placing bets when you are under stress, feeling depressed, or under the influence of substances.
- Do not place further bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
